 You can get started with the Free Plan, which includes access to the idAItion Portal, basic analytics, and connection of yours firsts NFC object at no cost. When your needs grow, you can seamlessly upgrade to higher tiers for advanced analytics, bulk management, and custom integrations.

Order your NFC-enabled connected objects directly from our online store or through our custom quote service.

In-stock products: ready to ship within one business day.

Custom projects: share your brand assets and goals, then we handle design, 3D printing, NFC encoding, QA, and delivery according to your needs.

Simple process:

  1. Request a quote for custom sizes or branding.

  2. We will contact you to get your logo, colors and specifications.

  3. Approve your digital proof.

  4. Receive your finished connected objects, already linked to our idAItion Web Portal and receive the keycard to access to your new account.

Custom designs: Unique shapes and multi-color models are quoted individually based on complexity, materials, and quantity.

For in-stock purchases from our online store: When you receive your connected object, simply tap it with your smartphone for the first time. The system will automatically prompt you to create a new account and associate it with a new Link in your idAItion™ Portal.

For custom orders or quoted projects: Your shipment will include a key card containing your account credentials. All connected objects are pre-configured and securely linked to your idAItion™ Portal — no additional setup is required. Simply log in to your dashboard to view and manage them.

In-Stock Products:

  • Returns & Refunds: You may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

  • Warranty: All in-stock products include a 180-day warranty covering manufacturing defects or NFC disconnection issues.

Custom or Quoted Projects:

  • Returns & Refunds: Custom-made or quoted projects are non-refundable and not eligible for return, as each piece is produced exclusively for the client.

  • Warranty: These products are covered by a 180-day warranty for manufacturing defects or NFC disconnection issues.
